Hello everyone!

I hope this message finds you and your families in the best of health. I have accidentally stumbled on this site and to my surprise I like it a lot. It's very colorful with a calm vibe......wow! Where should I began. Oh yea! It was the year of 1997 when my life changed for the better. I had a coach who scouted me to run Track out of high school because I excelled at it very well. Even though football was my first love I decided to put it on the backburner. I focused on Track and broke the National and State record in the 400 meters. I won a bronz in the 400 meters in Athens, Greece and was ranked second in the world behind Michael Johnson. Not bad for a boy who didn't want to run Tarck.

I spent 11years in the sport retiring last year. I have won 4 world titles, two nationals titles and have broken many records from high school to college. My dream came true in 1999 when the San Diego Charges signed me. It was short lived but it was great!

I have been blessed in my life a great deal. If you google me you will see that I come from a very challenging background. I thank God everyday for giving me the gift of life. I have two beautiful kids that I love so much!!! I love to work with disadvantage people and have a soft spot for kids that have been abused.

I was raised by a single mother and many other woman in my family. They have taught me to not wait on a woman! So I cook, clean sew if I have to and take care of my kids. By no means do I have woman figured out just know a little something to be a great team player! Well that's a litte bit about me, stay tune for my autobiography to come out! Chow!
